The Budget package includes a dedicated IPv6 address (with reverse DNS), in addition to a shared IPv4 address. The next plan (Standard) does include a dedicated IPv4 address (which is needed for https:// service). The Standard plan also adds important features for resellers (such as per-domain / per-account privilege-separated execution of PHP/CGI applications).
