The performance and scope of our core network and backbone connectivity allows us to offer services requiring very low packet latency ("lag"). Common applications include live video streaming , VoIP teleconferencing and real-time multiplayer games. Users can install and configure the server software of their choice (we can, unofficially, provide installation and configuration support for a few of them). The service is available as an option to our Budget, Standard, Advanced and Corporate subscribers. There is no setup fee; the monthly fee is based on the amount of low-latency bandwidth needed (which is typically dependent on the maximum concurrent user count, for most applications).

Note that this service is only intended for real-time content delivery. It is not an economical way to stream recorded content. Streaming of recorded content does not require dedicated bandwidth channels, and is feasible from any of our standard hosting packages, at no extra cost.
